How scoring works

Season period: 2025-11-01 – 2026-10-31

BeyondXC Globe continues every year with the same season period.

  • Paragliders, hang gliders and sailplanes have separate rankings.
  • The pilot ranking counts each person’s 4 strongest flights in this season.
  • A club counts up to six pilots, each with their four strongest flights. That is a maximum of 24 flights per club.
  • The national ranking uses the country in the pilot profile. It is a BeyondXC ranking.
  • The club ranking uses the club in the approved season entry. A later membership change does not automatically reassign that entry.
  • Only public, completed flights eligible for this ranking count. Expand the contributions to see which flights and pilots make up each total.
  • Equal point totals share the same rank. At a club’s selection boundary, the strongest individual flight decides first, followed by the number of eligible flights and finally a fixed internal order. Flights with equal points are selected by greater scoring distance, earlier flight date and finally a fixed internal order.
